Speakeasy Night at the Wrigley MansionOn Saturday, February 25, Southwest Shakespeare Company will host its annual fundraiser, this year at the Wrigley Mansion, with a "Speakeasy" theme. It will be a rip-roaring fun, glamorous night with jazz singer and recording artist Dennis Rowland and his jazz trio as the featured entertainment. Art Opens March 1, 2012Winner of both the Tony and Olivier Awards for Best Play, this play by Yasmina Reza, in an English translation by Christopher Hampton, is a non-stop, dazzling, fireworks display of language, and is an actor's dream for its 3-man cast. ART focuses on the devastating effect on three friends when one of them purchases an expensive work of abstract art — a large painting consisting of white lines on a white canvas.
